You are completely free to choose where to have your car serviced. Every Cardoen branch has a Cardoen Service Center, where you are always welcome for maintenance and repairs. All you have to do is make an appointment.
You can also have your car serviced at another authorized garage. During the legal warranty, you can go to a brand name dealer or to Cardoen. With an extended warranty, you have to come to a Cardoen branch for maintenance.
If you have a Service+ contract, it is obviously better to come to a Cardoen Service Center, because then the maintenance is free.
The price of the maintenance depends on several factors. The most important ones are the type of maintenance, the number of working hours we need and the cost of any spare parts.

For a limited amount per year, we store your winter and summer tires.
If you have a Cardoen Lease or Service+ contract, we also change your tires for free every season. Your tires do not have to be stored with us for this service.

On a new car you get a standard 2-year warranty, on a refurbished used car you get a standard 1-year warranty. The duration of your warranty is always mentioned on the detail page of the car.
For cars less than 3 years old, you can choose to extend your warranty up to 10 years.

Yes, it is always best to come to a Cardoen Service Center for a repair under warranty. That way you can be sure that we can continue to guarantee your warranty. This applies to the standard warranty on every car, as well as repairs under an extended warranty or Service+ contract.
Are you abroad and can't get to Cardoen for your repair? Please contact Cardoen together with your local garage owner before any work is done on your car. You will always find the details of the procedure in your Cardoen warranty booklet.

Cardoen Assistance travel insurance ensures that you can travel with peace of mind. You get 24h/24h and 7/7 assistance in case of breakdown or accident with your car. This applies to yourself and your passengers. We make sure your car gets home or to a garage and offer you the necessary additional services if you have a breakdown abroad.
In addition, the travel insurance also covers medical assistance and repatriation, worldwide, for all family members under your roof.
The Cardoen Assistance travel insurance is part of the Service+ contract, or you can take it out separately.
The assistance covered by Cardoen Assistance is provided by Touring. You can reach them at +32 2 286 33 99, both inside and outside Belgium. Have your policy number ready when you call. Touring will help you with the next steps.
With a Cardoen Service+ contract, you can rest assured that you won't pay too much for maintenance. Each month you pay a fixed rate, which covers all maintenance and repairs. The exact amount depends on the type of car and the number of kilometers you drive per year. You can find an overview here.
With a Service+ contract you enjoy the following benefits:
A Cardoen Service+ contract is only available for cars bought at Cardoen and less than 3 years old. Your contract runs for 7 years or until there is 150,000 km on your odometer.
No, a Service+ contract is only available for a car that you buy from Cardoen and that is less than 3 years old.
Of course, you can still come to our Service Centers for your maintenance, even with a car you bought elsewhere. Our technicians have experience with all brands and are continuously trained.
In rare cases, a car brand may issue a recall for certain models that have been sold. If your car is part of such a safety-related recall, the manufacturer will notify you directly via registered mail.
Cardoen is not allowed to repair recall actions. You must always go to an authorized brand dealer.
You don't have to worry about costs, because these actions are always free of charge. So be sure to accept an invitation for a recall action repair, so you can be sure that your car is in top shape and your warranty, if any, remains valid.
