At Cardoen we want to make life easy when buying a car, including when you cannot come to our showroom to collect your car. That’s why we give you the chance to choose between a delivery to the showroom of your choice or a home delivery. We charge 259 euros for this, regardless of the distance to your home.
For a home delivery of your new car we call on Hiflow, as leader in car delivery. A professional chauffeur drives your new car from our site to the address you supply.
When you buy your new car at Cardoen, you choose for yourself when you would like your home delivery. Together with our sales representative you decide on which date you would like the car to be delivered and agree a timeslot of two hours, so that you don’t have to stay at home all day. Deliveries can be done from Monday to Saturday, between 10am and 6pm.
Upon delivery, the chauffeur will provide a demonstration of the key functions of your new car. Take this opportunity to ask any questions you may have; the chauffeur will be happy to assist you. If you chose to trade in your current car with us, we took it with us when we delivered your new car.
Of course, if you have questions later on, you can always contact your Cardoen showroom.
Since you don’t buy a car online every day, you want to be sure that you made the right choice. That’s why Cardoen gives you 14 days to change your mind after delivering the car to you. This gives you the chance to try out your new purchase at ease, just like when you buy a camera online. Is the car actually not 100% what you expected? Don’t worry: we’ll take it back again, no problem.
